Family Bus Trip

Museum of Science & Industry

Go on an adventure to explore the Museum of Science & Industry! $15 per person. Waivers required. Minors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Registration closes June 7. 

Registration, $15 fee and a waiver are required for each person. Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. All minors under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent/legal guardian. Registration closes June 7. 

To register:

• Fill out a registration form for each person attending (1 name per form).
• Download & sign the waiver: minors/under 18yrs waiver or the ages 18+ waiver. You can also visit either library to get a waiver.
• Return your signed waiver to either library or email it to: [email protected]
• Pay the $15 fee online or in-person at either library. 

Payment is due with registration. Waivers are due by Friday, June 7. 

Trip details:

• Check-in at Channahon Library 8:10-8:20am (The library will not be open for normal operations at this time. Access to the building will be for restrooms only). 
• Bus leaves the Channahon Library promptly at 8:30am. 
• Bus will leave the museum at 3:15pm. Attendees are responsible for making sure that they are on the bus by our departure time. 
• Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 

Cancel before Friday, June 7 for a refund. If you cancel after this date, a refund will only be issued if your seat is filled and replacement has paid the fee in full. No refunds if you cancel the day of the trip or do not arrive on time to board the bus.
