There is no longer a Federal Form 1040A or Form 1040EZ, but instead a redesigned Form 1040 and schedules.
For State taxes, the Illinois Revenue website also encourages electronic filing of the IL-1040 form.
While our library does not offer free tax prep, our staff can help you find and print documents. We also have some forms and instructions while supplies last at both library locations (typically towards the end of January).
