Meeting and Study Rooms
Meeting Room Policy
Three Rivers Public Library District has a meeting room whose primary purpose is in support of library functions, meetings, and programs. This room, located at the Minooka Branch at 109 N Wabena Ave, is also available for public use by individuals, groups, and organizations, up to 35 people. A study room is also available at the Main Library, located at 25207 W Channon Dr in Channahon, and can be reserved for up to 6 people.
- Reservation requests may take up to 24-48 hours to be approved.
- If the meeting room is not in use after 15 minutes of the scheduled reservation start time, the library reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
No charge reservations
- Three Rivers Library cardholders- non-commercial purposes.
- One-on-one tutors with at least one of the two being a TRPLD cardholder
- Non-profit educational informational, cultural or civic groups or organizations
Reservations with fees
- Non-Three Rivers Library cardholders for non-commercial purposes- $50.00
- Commercial use of the room by any person or group, used in support of income generation, directly or indirectly- $100.00
All TRPLD cardholders must be in good standing to be approved for a reservation.
