Teen Bus Trip-Gamma Phi Circus

Teens (ages 14-19) that are residents of the Three Rivers Public Library District are invited to join us for this exciting trip to the dazzling Gamma Phi Circus at Illinois State University! There is a $10 fee per person, which includes bus fare, boxed lunch and ticket to the show. A waiver is also required. Those under 18 must have a parent/guardian sign.  

To complete your registration, you must complete all of the following:

1) Go to where it says "Register" for this event & complete the form (1 form per person). 

2) Sign the waiver. Download here for the minors/under 18yrs waiver, or the ages 18+ waiver. Or, this or visit the library to get a waiver.

Return your signed waiver to the library or email it to: [email protected] 

3) Pay the $10 fee online here.  Or, visit the library to pay. 

Additional info: 

• Each registration form is for 1 person only.
• Attendees must fill out the online registration form, turn in a signed waiver & submit payment to be fully registered and hold their seat. Incomplete registrations may result in loss of seat. 
• The bus will leave from the Morris Library at 10:30am. Plan to arrive no later than 10:00-10:15 to be checked so the bus can leave on time.
• Boxed sandwich lunches will be provided. Choose your option in registration. 
• Space for this trip is limited. If you only see the option to "Join the Waitlist", we still highly encourage signing up. If you sign up and are waitlisted, the payment & waiver are not required until such time you are contacted by the library and offered a space.
