Need a Library Card?

We're open to the public once again, but if you're not yet ready to come inside our buildings, you can still get a library card!  Fill out the form below to receive a library card number sent to you via email, usually within 24 hours.  This number will allow you to access to our online resources and downloadable media (ebooks, streaming services).

When you feel comfortable coming inside, you will need to provide a photo ID and proof of address before receiving your physical card. 

Please verify that you live within the Three Rivers Public Library District by entering your address into the Library Services Map.
