This virtual culinary program will discuss the history as well as the making of the Yule Log.
Chefs Michael and Susan Maddox will explore the recipes which comprise the Bûche De Noel Yule Log, including how to make jellyroll, buttercream, bittersweet chocolate ganache, and Swiss meringue. All of these components come together to make a wonderful holiday dessert. Recipes will be posted for the presentation.
