Anyone physically in the state of Illinois can use this service. There is no limit on use; items can be read by 1 or 100 people at the same time. This means no hold queues and no waiting for titles!

We encourage you to create an account profile the first time you visit BiblioBoard. A BiblioBoard Library profile will allow you access the site while outside of Illinois, as well as the ability to download content for offline reading, and to add bookmarks and notes.
