Books:
Both branches offer a variety of books on careers, resumes, and interviewing skills.

Online Resources:
Brainfuse- JobNow: Brush up on job skills and get help with your resume, cover letter or interviewing. JobNow offers live, one-to-one interview coaching and resume assistance, resume lab, live career assistance and an adult learning center, with test preparation, an academic skills center and computer literacy and basic software assistance. Brainfuse is open daily from 2pm-11pm (with some resources open 24/7) and is free with your Three Rivers Library card.
AtoZDatabases: AtoZDatabases is a directory of information that allows you to search millions of businesses, residents, home owners, healthcare professionals and more. There is also a job search option and resume templates to utilize.
Grundy County Workforce and Workforce of Will County: Provides training, advice, job leads and even business clothing.
Illinois Department of Employment Security: IDES is your direct link to Illinois workforce services: job placement and referrals, unemployment insurance, employment and training programs, career and labor market information, payroll tax filing, and more.
Online Courses: Free online courses from the world's leading universities; Yale, MIT, Stanford, Harvard, and many others. This resource spans videos, audio lectures, and notes given by professors at these institutions.
Fiancial Aid Tips: This site gives users tips on how to afford college, including a FAFSA summary of information and a financial aid dictionary.
Online Schools in Illinois: This site covers online classroom resources for learning about Illinois, information about careers and salaries in Illinois and advice and information about non-traditional learning styles and accredited online schools and colleges.

Don't forget that we offer public use computers, fax services, scanning stations and local newspapers at our locations. We also have Winway Resume software on all of our public computers, for help in creating your resume and cover letter.
We also have free WIFI available at both library locations.
